At Electronics and Computing we have a wide variety of services that come from technicians with extensive backgrounds in the IT industry. Every technician has experience working in a Help Desk environment along with hands on Desktop Support and most importantly, excellent Customer Service.

The principal founder, Keith Pratola, of Electronics and Computing started off by simply building and repairing computers. From there Keith went on to support some of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world. Along the way training over 1,000 technicians, rolling out new technologies, and creating a vast knowledge base to assist technicians in quickly resolving client problems. Keith even had the chance to work with Hewlett Packard, the world’s largest IT provider, to train a new Help Desk with over 400 technicians.

After many years in the corporate world, Keith felt it was time to offer the same high quality service to everyday consumers. Currently onsite support is limited to Northern New Jersey, but remote and phone support can be provided all over the United States. As the company grows, the goal is to offer onsite support to just about every major city in the U.S.

Since Electronics and Computing started off by building computer systems, we would like to keep the tradition going. This is why we also dedicate a lot of time researching and testing the computers we sell. Every computer is tested thoroughly and benchmarked to ensure it meets your requirements.
